Exercises

 

The dreaded exercise -  hate it, hate it, hate it!  Again, I had to use the ‘risk without fear’ theory.  With the help of Friends in Need I organised 3 months free membership with my local gym.

 

I will be showing you what exercises I am doing, although it is the steam room I like the best, and the fact that I lost weight with sorting my mind and diet first.  When I did that, I found the gym easier and more enjoyable and not caring what other people thought; in fact, I realised they were looking at themselves more than me.

 

I also knew something called ‘qui gong’, known as ‘Chi Kung’, breathing exercises, a form of yoga.

 

This probably saved my life more than anything else, not just for my body but certainly my mind.

 

In time I will some you some very simple breathing exercises that helped me.
